Performance development for young players — the bridge from youth to the adults.
Scouting Report
Where talents grow up
The Academy is our development team: young players from U18 up gain experience in adult baseball — against established teams, with real competitive pressure and professional guidance from our coaches. The goal is clear: bring players up to the NLA roster every year. The path from the Kobras through the Academy to the national league is lived reality here.
